Tibaudo is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Upon graduating, he gained acceptance into EMC Corporation's Business Operations Leadership Development program. After becoming a successful business analyst, Mike entered EMC's Sales Training Program. He grew from Sales Associate, to Account Manager, to Inside District Manager of Federal Sales before joining WTG as an Account Executive.
